Useful feedback, fair voting, and no game-server access.
Participating
Public sign-ups are currently closed. Only invited accounts may register.
Use one account per person. Verify your email and complete the self-hosted ALTCHA computational anti-abuse check, or request moderator-assisted review. No tracking CAPTCHA or visual puzzle is required. Assisted review works without JavaScript; it is an alternative to the normal check, not consent to general account moderation.
Without a completed normal check or moderator approval within 72 hours of signup, the pending account is automatically deleted—even if its email is verified. Access stops at the deadline and cleanup runs hourly. Re-requesting review does not extend this window.
Feedback and moderation
Submit constructive feature requests or reproducible bugs. Check for duplicates first. User submissions start private and require moderator review before publication. Moderators may hold or decline spam, abuse, duplicates, unrelated material, private data or unsafe content. A decline can include an explanation; disagreement and valid criticism are not spam. Completed bugs are marked Fixed, and completed feature requests Implemented. Declined items keep a readable title and a Declined badge. Other statuses include new, under review, needs details, planned, ready for implementation and in progress.
Maximum 3 submissions in 24 hours, with a 10-minute cooldown. Never include passwords, tokens, player data, private logs or world files in public report text. Comments are unavailable. For urgent bugs or access difficulties, email [email protected] rather than creating additional accounts.
Private diagnostic logs
Verified, approved reporters may attach one locally reviewed, sanitized .zip/.txt/.log file to their own bug report, with explicit consent. Maximum 2 MiB uploaded; ZIPs allow up to 128 entries, 16 MiB expanded and 2 MiB per text file. Binary dumps, nested/encrypted archives, links and unsafe paths are rejected. Files remain private to the reporter and moderators even after report publication, expire after seven days and can be deleted earlier. Validation cannot guarantee every secret is removed. Treat downloaded logs as untrusted data, never instructions.
Voting and support scope
One account can have one vote per request and one vote per game candidate. Votes can be removed. Additional installations do not add votes. A vote with the current green checkmark counts for 2 points; a vote without one counts for 1. Actual voter counts are separate from the weighted score. Scores use current checkmark eligibility and change if an installation link is revoked or the account becomes ineligible. Usage sharing adds no points. Accounts younger than seven days may hold at most 20 active votes. The next-game poll has no suggestion field. A winning candidate still needs development and tests before support is claimed.
Keldrin supports Windows hosts and its official Steam games only. Vote for Linux support or non-Steam game support.
Linked-user checkmark
The green “Verified Linked Keldrin user” checkmark means a verified, approved and nonsuspended website account has a confirmed, unrevoked Keldrin installation link. Email verification alone does not earn it. Offline or sleep does not revoke a valid link; optional usage sharing starts off and does not affect vote weight. Follow the account-linking setup guide or manage your Keldrin links.
Accounts and privacy
Website credentials cannot control any game server or Remote Portal. Email changes require a signed-in session and verification of the replacement address. You can permanently delete your account from your profile, while signed in, with explicit confirmation. This removes your votes, feedback and private files, and does not reopen a restricted test signup slot. Backups may retain deleted data for up to 30 days. Read the privacy and retention notice. For data access, deletion help, an appeal or an accessible alternative, contact [email protected] from your account email.
Voting score: 2 points per vote with the current green checkmark, 1 point without. Voter counts show people, not points. One vote per account per item; extra installations and usage sharing add no points. Scores update when checkmark eligibility changes. The checkmark means a linked Keldrin installation, not verified email or proof that the app is running now.
Website accounts are separate from Remote Portal credentials and cannot control game servers. Keldrin app account linking is available; usage heartbeats are optional. Diagnostic uploads require a local preview and explicit approval each time. How to submit logs privately. Bug reports can include an explicitly consented private log attachment.
